Adhesive Coating SampleIf your product requires an applied coating, Conversion Technologies International can help you develop a system to coat your materials. CTI can apply coatings that enhance the properties of materials, such as a primer to increase surface tension, or adhesive coatings that can be re-activated with heat to adhere to other products.

Our full service coating facility is equipped to be your toll/contract coater. We can provide a full range of test materials, and develop process methods that can support all of your coating needs, for as long as you need them.

We have a coatings facility, which employs multiple processing techniques, allowing for the evaluation of various production methods. Our equipment includes slot die, gravure coater, hot roll coater, Meyer rod and knife-over-roll coater, allowing utilization of both hot melt adhesives and water based systems.

Our capabilities go beyond adhesive coatings; we also offer the application of water-based coating; to add color, texture, and print, or other properties.
